Our background includes training in counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), together with specialist education in dementia and Alzheimer's disease. This knowledge helps us understand the challenges faced by individuals living with memory conditions, as well as the concerns experienced by families and carers.

- Level 5 Professional Diploma in Counselling
- Professional Diploma in Counselling with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills
- ACTO Online and Telephone Counselling Training
